All items are shipped through USPS or Fed Ex.
All orders are processed in the order they are placed. Please allow up to 3 days for processing.
All orders are shipped Monday-Friday and will take up to 3 days to be delivered. PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 14 BUSINESS DAYS FOR ALL CUSTOM ORDERS.
During major holidays ALL orders may take up to 14 business days. PLEASE ORDER ACCORDINGLY.
Custom Unit orders (WITHOUT custom color) can and MUST be returned in the same condition in which you received, in its original packaging. You may receive CREDIT only. Two week grace period after order is delivered to request exchanges. Please contact us at Laidbylaya@gmail.com for all questions and concerns. ONCE LACE IS CUT, SALE IS FINAL.
Bundle , Closure, Frontal and Uncustom Unit sales are FINAL.
